Intro to SUP
In this 60-minute class, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of stand-up paddleboarding in the secluded, peaceful waters of Port Hope's East Beach. A Spraoi SUP instructor will instruct you through the session, helping you build a solid foundation for future paddling. Learn proper posture and paddling techniques, how to maneuver your board, and practical safety skills that will leave you feeling confident and empowered on the water!
Port & Paddle
Join us for a guided paddle along Port Hope's eastern waterfront area to build balance, endurance, strength and focus. This class is perfect for those with some paddleboarding experience.
Come out and paddle with other members of the SUP community. Our SUP Social Paddles are a great way to meet new people, while spending time on the water. Let's grow the local Spraoi SUP community as a whole! Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. These paddles are geared towards all levels of experience.
SUP Yoga Classes
We are taking our yoga practice to the water! SUP Yoga allows you to experience the many different sensations of being in nature and on the water in a way that helps to deepen your mindfulness and reawaken your soul. In our SUP Yoga classes, the boards are anchored in water, so you won't need to learn to paddle first. Basic yoga experience and knowledge of postures is recommended, but not necessary.
Sunrise and Sunset SUP Yoga
Our 90-minute Sunrise and Sunset SUP Yoga classes include an introduction to the paddleboard, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting both mind and body, as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. This class is suitable for all levels from first-timers and beginner to advanced paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!

All participants will need to read Terms and Conditions 2018 and sign the Agreement of Release - Waiver of Liability 2018 before participating. Please bring the completed waiver form to your first class or rental.
