Intro to SUP (six-week series)
In this six-week series, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of stand-up paddleboarding on the secluded, peaceful waters of Port Hope's East Beach. A Spraoi SUP instructor will guide you through the session, helping you build a solid foundation for future paddling. Learn proper posture and paddling techniques, how to maneuver your board, and practical safety skills that will leave you feeling confident and empowered on the water!

Intro to SUP for Kids ages 9 to 12 (six-week series)
Kids will gain confidence and awareness on the water while having a blast at Port Hope's East Beach! A Spraoi SUP instructor will guide them through the sessions, helping them build a solid foundation for future paddling. They will learn proper posture and paddling techniques, how to maneuver their board, and practical safety skills that will leave them feeling confident and empowered on the water!
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. to noon starting July 7
Port & Paddle (six-week series)
Our Port & Paddle features a weekly gentle paddle around the Port Hope waterfront with some pauses to relax and enjoy the scenery. This paddle is perfect for those who have some experience and who enjoy experiencing the sights and sounds of nature from a different perspective.
Fridays, 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. beginning July 10 (Three spots open!)
SUP YOGA (only available as a Private/Group class)
SUP Yoga allows you to experience the many different sensations of being in nature and on the water in a way that helps to deepen your mindfulness and reawaken your soul. In our SUP Yoga classes, the boards are anchored in water, so no SUP experience is needed. Basic yoga experience and knowledge of postures is recommended, but not necessary.
SUP N Sip
Get your social bubble together and join us for an evening SUP around Port Hope's waterfront followed by some beverages and nibbles on a patio at one of our great local restaurants. Please note that this is a social paddle (not a class) therefore some paddling experience is recommended.
All SUP N SIPs have a maximum of six paying participants. Participants with their own boards can attend for FREE, but must pre-register. During the Sip portion of the evening, participants will be seated with their own social bubble (friends/family) while the instructors/guides will be at a nearby table. All participants are responsible for the cost of their own food and drinks.
Saturday, July 25 starting at 6:00 p.m. at Port Hope East Beach, followed by drinks and food on the Beamish patio. (Four spots open!)
Private and Group Classes
Book a private class or paddle with your own friends and family. We offer private SUP and SUP yoga lessons for one to six people. If you have a location you would like to paddle, we will come to you! For those who can demonstrate their SUP experience, paddle boards are available for rent between classes. We will deliver your board to your favourite place to paddle! Please book in advance to ensure we have your board, paddle and safety gear ready and available for your desired date, time and location.
